ENRON “Recession Giveaway” Week 4!
Broadway’s Best Shows and ENRON, the highly anticipated Broadway play , will be celebrating the Broadway premiere of the production and we want to share our excitement with you!
Times are hard, so as part of our celebration we will be holding a WEEKLY “RECESSION GIVEAWAY” CONTEST and we are giving away a PAIRS OF TICKETS to see ENRON!
The contest will run FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY; valid entries must be received by 11:59 Sunday Evening. Winners will be notified individually and will be be listed on Broadway’s Best Shows the following week.

Former Enron Corp. Prosecutor Andrew Weissmann attends a preview of ENRON on Broadway. 5 years have passed since Weissmann lead the “Enron Task Force,” a coalition of Lawyers and FBI agents who investigated Enron’s misdeeds and brought them to trial. Weissmann applauded the show for being mainly “factual and fanciful” in its retelling of the infamous events that lead the the greatest corporate bankruptcy in history.

Enron Corporation President Jeffrey McMahon said Friday he will resign effective June 1. McMahon, who replaced Andrew Fastow as Enron’s CFO, and later rose to President and Chief Operating Officer during Enron’s bankruptcy, complained two years earlier about the “impropriety of financial partnerships” that helped fuel the company’s rapid demise.
